Canadian Adolescent Boys and Literacy is a three-year research project devoted to generating interest among educators, parents, and researchers in literacy rates among male adolescents. Their website hosts “ongoing discussion of our research findings and links to other researchers and practitioners interested in better understanding boys’ literacies.”

GUYS READ

This site is a web-based literacy program devoted to “finding texts that guys really enjoy reading” and encouraging men to encourage and assist other men to read. It offers book searches, lists, links, and statistics on male literacy.
